Mischief Queens Mashup: Not Your Average Book Club!
At last! A weekly book club where we talk about really interesting books while eating really tasty snacks (that we did not have to prepare) - and then decide how to apply what we're learning until we meet again next week.
In this crew of merrymakers, we prioritize mischief, irreverence, intellectual connection and new insights - all in a context of radical mutual support, where we are each seen in our magnificent genius.
And we do all of this together, in person, in a convivial café here in Central Vermont. Want to join by Zoom? We can make that happen too - but if you’re local, we request your in-person presence for maximum mischief.
Each quarter, I will curate an interesting mashup of high-leverage selections from great books that, taken together, create a provocative stew.
Between meetings, we read (or listen to) the selections, enjoy optional prompts from the gorgeous light-touch notebooks I’ve created for us, and try out the things we’ve decided to try.
Mischief Queens Mashup Book Club: $599 for an entire quarter (less than the investment for a single coaching session per month!)
Academic Wellness Coaching
Thrive at college - exactly as you are, right now. You can do this. I can help.
In college, I was the poster child for “gifted + also with undiagnosed ADHD”: wildly and deeply interested in the things that interested me, consistently inconsistent in my work, chronically stressed, often anxious, emotionally dysregulated, and almost always under-performing compared to my potential.
Every semester brought a fresh hell of the cycle of hope/excitement/curiosity - failure/despair/scramble/recover - disappointment/confusion/grief - and back around again the next semester to hope, curiosity and resolve.
It was exhausting.
The adults in my life, from my professors to my parents, were puzzled, worried and frustrated that I couldn’t seem to “get my act together”. Some of them thought I was lazy or unmotivated; others thought I was flaky, apathetic or not very academically capable.
They were wrong.
I simply had unmet sensory, emotional and intellectual needs, and I desperately needed someone to teach me how to organize my academic life - in a way that would work for me, not my neurotypical peers. And my systems needed to be built to evolve along with me.
I didn’t find this kind of mentorship until I was 38 years old.
Along the way, I internalized a lot of confusion, self-doubt and judgment - and lived in that noisy internal dialogue for many, many years.
Finally, as a mid-career professional educator with a M.Ed, I discovered theories of executive function and recognized myself in descriptions of those who are “gifted” and high-functioning, and also have ADHD.
I became obsessed with helping people with interest-based nervous systems to thrive - on our own terms, in our own ways.
We need different productivity systems; traditional, neurotypical time and task management approaches often just don’t work for us.
What’s worse, even our biggest fans and most well-intentioned loved ones can unintentionally deepen our shame and isolation in their attempts to help - because it can be difficult to see our challenges as the skill gaps and unmet needs that they are.
This can all be very discouraging. For everyone.
So if you’re feeling some of this too, or if you’re worried about a beloved college student’s productivity habits, I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be so hard.
Let me teach you how to create satisfying, delightful academic well-being that’s as unique as you.
As part of my commitment to college-age coaching, I also offer academic coaching part-time at Champlain College, so please feel free to check out my Champlain College profile here.
The financial investment for a full academic year of steady weekly support (mid-August through mid-May, with two meetings over winter break) is $9,895.
The financial investment for a semester of steady weekly support is $4,949.
If paying for the whole engagement at once is not the best option for you, payment plans are available.

Coaching for Colleagues
Deeply connected, multi-faceted support for fellow coaches, healers, and higher ed faculty and staff
I am delighted to coach motivated colleagues who yearn to unwind old patterns and explore their own edges, either in your professional practice or in your personal landscape - or both.
This might be just the thing if you would love to:
brainstorm and consider decisions with the support of a highly trained, experienced and supportive thought partner;
learn how to better support clients with ADHD and other attentional-spectrum issues;
develop your instructor presence with a creative thought partner who’s also a trained instructional coach;
explore the intersections of holistic productivity in your own life - and your professional practice; and/or
consult on dilemmas of professional practice, including your highest aspirations and absolutely confidential consultation on the places you feel stuck with the magnificent clients you serve.
At your service: my 20+ years of curriculum design, teaching and facilitation; a specialty in neuro-inclusive coaching and instructional design; a commitment to inclusive rigor; 30+ years of hedge-witchery and magic, a knack for divergent thinking, and an expansive brainstorming capacity.
Deepen your practice, develop your skills, and unfold into your highest capabilities. I’m with you.
The financial investment for 6 months of steady weekly support is $6,595.
If you already know that you’d like to work together for a full year, I am thrilled to offer a slightly lower rate in recognition of your decisiveness and commitment.
If paying for the whole engagement at once is not the best option for you, monthly payment plans are available. Please see my note below about fees.
Finally, a short-term coaching option!
This option is best for project-based coaching, or when you truly only need 3 months of steady support.
Do you already know we’re a fantastic match, and want some short-term support to complete a project? Here we go!
The financial investment for 3 months of steady weekly support is $3,299.
If paying for the whole engagement at once is not the best option for you, payment plans are available.

Weekly Declutter Community of Practice
A gentle, generous community of practice where we take it step by step, making steady progress in clearing out what is not needed - and making space for what matters most.
Together we bring a felt-sense of care, clarity, and decisiveness to your beloved environment. Whether it’s the Tupperware cabinet with mismatched lids, that scary corner in your basement, the junk drawer, the piles of paper on your desk, the next month in your calendar, the weedy perennial garden, or deleting desktop files…
you can do this.
But it’s so much easier (and more fun!) with the energetic support of a fabulous cohort, a predictable and manageable rhythm, and the steadying presence of a well-trained coach who knows a thing or two about clutter - and how to gently release it, little by little, sustainably.
We meet steadily for 6 weeks, rest until the new month starts, and begin again. For April-May 2024, we meet on Wednesdays from 10:30 am to 12 noon (Vermont time). We meet via Zoom, because we are decluttering in our own spaces.
The financial investment for each cycle is $249.
Workplace-Sponsored Coaching
These days, many organizations and employers across all industries - from higher education to non-profits to governmental and NGOs to corporate and entrepreneurial spaces - understand that the right coaching relationship at the right time can revolutionize the productivity (and well-being) of their most important “resource”: the human beings doing the work.
Because coaching can have enormous payoffs for the organization, many employers are delighted to sponsor your continued development when you work with an ICF-accredited, well-trained coach.
This is especially true when the through-line to your workplace productivity and satisfaction is so very clear. I am delighted to provide this kind of support! If you’d like to work together in this way, I welcome you to schedule a free Clarity Call and we can get the ball rolling!
For organizations who would like to offer coaching for multiple employees, I am delighted to discuss larger-scale coaching packages - please use the Scoping Call option, and include a brief note about your vision for the impact of the coaching.
1 or 2-Day Thought Partnership Retreats
If you’re craving intensive, extended time together, I am delighted to co-create an individual retreat with you!
Maybe you’ve arrived at an important crossroads, or you need some deeply focused work time with a trusted coach known for divergent thinking, unusual perspectives, and expansive brainstorming capacity.
You will be held in unbreakable goodwill and have my full support while you discern your next steps, envision a big shift, or deepen into a particular area of focus.
Depending on the location and agenda, 1-day intensives start at $2,650, and 2-day intensives start at $3,950.
Yes, I am delighted to travel to you if my schedule permits! Additional flat-rate travel fees may apply.
FAQ: Can we retreat together via Zoom?
A: Sure! But we will each book ourselves into an Airbnb or hotel for the day(s) we’re together, so that we can dedicate ourselves completely to the work you desire to do.
What’s included?
an initial 45-minute Clarity call to get clear about what you have in mind,
reflective prompts for you to complete before our prep call, followed by
a 90-minute prep and visioning call to hone in on our goals for our time together. And then…
6 hours of focused work time together each day (3 hours in the morning, 3 hours in the afternoon),
delicious lunches together - or separately, if we need a quiet re-charge. Together we will decide what supports you best.
a 60-minute rest after lunch; deep rest is a high-leverage productivity habit that I encourage and use.
a 90-minute follow-up call, about a week after our retreat, to debrief, digest, and catalyze your momentum for what’s next.
A word about mutuality: I’m a living commitment to mutually-nourishing, satisfying and uplifting collaborations that leave everyone involved feeling refreshed, supported, and delighted by the work we share and the quality of the relationship.
I’m also dead serious about fun - by which I mean, the deep pleasure of a great collaboration. That is why I work with an intentionally small number of clients at a time, and why I refresh myself daily and deeply. As a result, I bring a vast, well-resourced capacity to each session with each client.
TL;DR
If you’re in college, or in the middle of your career, and you’re generally functioning well, but you’re struggling to meet the academic, social and emotional demands of your life, welcome! This coaching is for you - especially if you also find that the dissonance between what you’re capable of and what you’re currently creating has you feeling anxious, frustrated, or discouraged.
You’re not alone. And I’ve been there too - and spent years mapping the way back. Holistic productivity coaching can help, because together we tend to your emotional landscape and your deepest yearnings as well as the functional practicalities of how to get things done. Joyfully.
You’ll be relieved by how much easier things get once you seriously understand your actual needs, treat yourself with genuine care and compassion, and develop your personal productivity toolkit.
Depending on your agenda for the coaching - in other words, what you most want to learn, do, or become - we will decide what to include. And this can evolve as we go!
We might include executive function skill development, clarification of values and vision, aligning habits and mindsets with personalized daily practices, and learning conversations about how the nervous system and sensory system could be influencing your productivity outcomes (and, of course, what you could do about it.)
We’ll also use the transformative alchemy of mischief, pleasure, deep rest, and irreverence.
A word about fees
In recognition that we live in an economic system that creates very real financial inequities, I happily reserve several coaching spots, year-round, at a reduced rate for motivated, ambitious clients who otherwise cannot access this kind of coaching.
There is sometimes a wait list. But if it’s a mutually-nourishing fit, and we are both thrilled to work together, I will offer a reduced rate whenever possible.
If you’re interested, please let me know in the notes when you schedule our Clarity Call. I’ll suggest some specific reflection questions for you to consider before we meet so that we will both arrive ready to have a supportive, direct, and mutually-empowered conversation about optimal fees.

Through our work together she has taught me tools to evoke my own knowledge about and navigate any situation, she has helped me understand my strengths so I too can live in my purpose.”
