Year-Round

Holistic productivity coaching is available year-round, with seasonal sacred pauses and planned weeks off for coach and client to rest and digest what we’re learning. This allows human development to take its gestational time - in natural equilibrium with the accelerative power of a strong coaching relationship, and as an act of resistance to the pervasive, harmful busy-ness of hustle and grind culture. Like the Nap Ministry, I believe that rest is a sacred and necessary act of resistance and rejuvenation. (Neuroscientific research agrees.)

Academic wellness coaching for college and pre-college students: available during the academic year (August 15-May 15). A select number of spots are also available May 15-July 15.

Group coaching experiences: summer coaching groups tend to focus on making deliberate, action-oriented mischief, while winter groups gather around virtual (or actual) firelight to tell our stories and create new ones.

Co-work is a series of collective productivity sessions, in which we draft off of the group’s focus and co-regulate with other humans who are Doing The Thing. Offered via Zoom. Includes a brief check-in to claim the work we’ll do, a stretch of quiet working time, and check-out to affirm what we did.

Zumba dance fitness: Week in and week out since 2013, I’ve taught pleasure-centered, inclusive, multi-generational dance fitness classes as a year-round devotional practice for collective and personal liberation.

It’s one of the deepest pleasures of my life, because I know the incantatory power of amazing music and rhythmic, repetitive movement, done in the company of unconditionally supportive merry-makers who extend unbreakable goodwill to each other (and everyone else).

We are doing much more than dance fitness here. But if you “just” want a playful, supportive, challenging whole-body workout that builds coordination, balance, concentration, cardio-pulmonary wellness, stamina, muscle, bone density, and joy? That’s all here for you too.

I also offer On-Demand pre-recorded dance fitness classes month by month for you to enjoy in privacy, on your own schedule, as many times as you’d like during the calendar month. Beginner-friendly, scalable, and completely pleasure-centered. Learn something fun and complex, set to Latin and international beats - while you (literally) “dance like no one’s watching”.
